How can I find out what version of IE I am running? I click on 'Help' and then 'About IE' and it tells me I have IE 8. I want to know if it is 32 or 64 bit?
Aug 09, 2010 I just bought a brand new 30FPS VGA web cam and got it all ready to go only to discover the driver disk diden't work and the manufacturer, Philips, diden't. 32 bit data structures (pointers, integer representations, single precision floating point) have been past their “best before date” for quite some time.
Hi, Are you running 64-bit Windows? If there is no mention of 64-bit in the About IE screen, the 32-bit version is opening. You can check the shortcuts you use to open IE. Right-click the shortcut Properties. The Target for 32-bit IE will be 'C: Program Files (x86) Internet Explorer iexplore.exe' the 64-bit would be 'C: Program Files Internet Explorer iexplore.exe' Hope this helps, Don.
