Hi, I have an older HP Pavilion laptop with a Nvidia GeForce 7150M / nForce 630M graphics card. On the Nvidia pages I get the following message when trying to find Windows 10 drivers for this card: The manufacturer of this system requires that you download the driver for your GPU from their support site.
Searching the HP pages, I can only find Windows Vista drivers for this card. I've searched the web and found some solutions however they have not worked on my computer. Any help would be appreciated so that I at least can have a bit higher screen resolution. As of now it is 1024 x 768 Thank you! Unfortunately, the 179.48 driver did not work. I've tried installing both with Administrator rights and in Windows Vista compatibility mode.
It is installed as far as I can see. A message at the end says something like: Install Shield Wizard has completed the installation of NVIDIA System Tools. Before you can use the program, restart your computer. After doing so nothing seems to be changed and I am not able to increase the screen resolution. I did go to laptopvideo2go, but it did not make any sense to me. What should I download here?
